pak565 reserves the right to apply a dormancy fee or to close accounts that have been inactive (no login or financial transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to providing prior written notice to the registered email address on file.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

Decisions regarding voided bets are final and binding.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak565 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
